NAFILean

  • NAFILean is a natural fiber added polypropylene based material
  • NAFILean is a partially bio-sourced material: it is a partially renewable material (for the non petrol portion).
  • NAFILean is not a recycled grade
  • NAFILean is not biodegradable
  • NAFILean end of life recycling is validated. (Possibility to separate and valorise in PP recycling industry)
  • NAFILean density is 0.98, which is lighter than P/E MD20 (density 1.05) or P/E LGF (density 1.04)
  • Rheological and mechanical CAE laws are available for product and process simulation.
  • NAFILean has been developed to integrate green content on high performance material (stiffness / crash / ageing) for instrument panels, door panels and centre consoles, on covered or non visible applications.
  • NAFILean is processable with traditional injection moulding machines

Biomat

  • BioMat is a natural fiber added poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) based material
  • BioMat is a fully bio-sourced material: bio-matrix (PBS) and bio-fibres (hemp)
  • BioMat is not a recycled grade
  • BioMat is not biodegradable.
  • Rheological and mechanical CAE laws are available for product and process simulation.
  • BioMat has been developed to integrate green content on high performance material (stiffness / crash / ageing) for instrument panels, door panels and centre consoles, on covered or non visible applications.
  • BioMat is processable with traditional injection moulding machines
